Issac Jacobs was chatting with buddies on Tolladine Street on Sunday morning (June 21) when a person approached and punched him twice earlier than operating off in direction of Shrub Hill railway station, in line with his father, Darren.

Mr Jacobs stated he occurred to be driving previous on the time and noticed his son crying. He described Issac as having suffered a black eye and a minimize close to his eye.

He added that the person gave the impression to be in his 30s, although police haven’t confirmed any suspect description.

“It was an unprovoked assault,” Mr Jacobs stated. “He’s shaken up and frightened to go exterior after this.”

West Mercia Police stated: “We obtained a name round 11.50am yesterday morning (21 June) with a report of an assault on Tolladine Street in Worcester.”

No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
